WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY/METHOD?

Please note all orders are processed Monday through Friday. As a small team we appreciate your patience as we thoughtfully pack your orders. Unless otherwise specified (ex, hats), please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped and to receive your tracking number. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS priority at a flat rate of $12.00.  Domestic orders above $300 are sent with a signature requirement; if you wish to waive this option, please reach out to arrange at whitney@gamineworkwear.com.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are pleased to ship internationally via USPS.  Select international shipping options at check out.  Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates are dependent on delivery location and weight. As of January 1, 2021, a 15.5% VAT will be charged for items under £135 (~$180 USD) entering the United Kingdom.

A note on lost parcels:

We are not responsible for stolen packages.  Unless GPS coordinates of USPS deliveries do not match the delivery address, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered and not received. If your package says delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found, please contact your local Post Office immediately for a search and recovery (chances are it was delivered nearby to the wrong address). Upon the outcome of that search (generally within 7 days), please reach out to whitney@gamineworkwear.com to initiate claims for parcels lost in the post or marked as delivered but not received. We will take it from there… Please note: unprecedented shipping volumes during the pandemic are extending claim timetables.
